Develop and coach team and develop a system of accountability. Requirements: Bachelors degree required. BS in business, management, engineering or equivalent training and experience. Minimum of 10 years of progressive responsibility in manufacturing operations. Strongly prefer technical / computer manufacturing experience. Minimum of 10 years of management experience. Demonstrated experience in driving change throughout an organization. Demonstrated experience successfully decreasing costs and increasing profit. Strong functional knowledge base, experience and capability in business finance, planning, employee relations, and operations. Proven track record working effectively in a fast paced and cross-functional environment. Skills to provide a safe work environment, manage costs, improve quality, increase efficiencies, and oversee the execution of the projects to ensure that finished goods are delivered on time. Effective people management and proven ability to motivate in a team oriented, collaborative environment. Proven experience and skill in managing employee performance including disciplinary action. A problem solver, able to challenges and question. Able to identify, develop and present process improvements. Ability to lead and oversee the development of the operations plan.
